Welche Produktreihen sind verfügbar und kompatibel mit dem NEO Start Adapter?

Nur eine Auswahl an schwarzen Kaffees ist verfügbar. (Grösse S). Der NEO Start Adapter ist nur mit diesen schwarzen NEO Kaffee-Pods kompatibel: NEO Espresso, NEO Espresso Intense, NEO Lungo und NEO Lungo Decaffeinated.

Kann ich mit dem NEO Start Adapter meine Tassengrösse wählen?

Ja.
Wenn du eine manuelle Maschine hast, gehst du wie gewohnt vor: Stelle den Hebel auf die Position «heiss» und bei Erreichen des gewünschten Volumens wieder auf die mittlere Position.
Wenn du eine Maschine mit Flow Stop hast, wählst du die Menge wie üblich aus: Die Pumpe stoppt, sobald das ausgewählte Volumen erreicht ist.

Ist der NEO Start Adapter mit allen NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Maschinenmodellen kompatibel?

Der NEO Start Adapter ist mit den folgenden NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Maschinen kompatibel: INFINISSIMA®, INFINISSIMA® Touch, GENIO® S, GENIO® S Plus, GENIO® S Touch, PICCOLO®, PICCOLO® XS, MINIME®. Die anderen NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®-Modelle sind nicht mit dem NEO Start Adapter kompatibel. Versuche nicht, den NEO Start Adapter gewaltsam in die Maschine einzuführen. Prüf vorab, ob der NEO Start Adapter mit deiner NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Maschine kompatibel ist.

Ich kann den Kopf der NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®-Kaffeemaschine nicht schliessen, nachdem ich den NEO Start Adapter eingesetzt habe. Was kann ich tun?

Der NEO Start Adapter wird magnetisch in die Endposition gezogen. Wenn der Kopf deiner Maschine sich nicht schliesst, prüfe bitte folgende Punkte:

1. Kompatibilität deiner NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Maschine mit dem NEO Start Adapter.
2. Der NEO Start Adapter ist richtig geschlossen (die Klappe am NEO Start Adapter ist fest zugedrückt und die Verriegelung ist geschlossen).
3. Der NEO Start Adapter ist richtig in den Bügel der Maschine eingesetzt und befindet sich in der Endposition.

In der Regel gibt es keine Probleme und der NEO Start Adapter wird magnetisch in die Endposition gezogen.
Wenn du mit der Handfläche darauf drückst, lässt er sich leichter schliessen.

What is the range available and compatible with the NEO Start Adapter?

Only a selection of black coffees are available. (size S) Brazil: NEO Espresso Sul de Minas Organic, NEO Starbucks® Espresso Roast, NEO Espresso Delicate, NEO Espresso Dark, NEO Ristretto intense.
Portugal: NEO Espresso SICAL®, NEO Espresso BUONDI®, NEO Espresso, NEO Espresso Intense, NEO Decaffeinated Espresso.

Can I choose the size of my coffee cup using the NEO Start Adapter?

Yes. If you have a manual machine, proceed as usual by moving the lever to hot position and moving it back to middle position when the desired volume is reached. If you have a Flow Stop machine, select the volume as usual, and the pump will stop when the selected volume will be reached.

The NEO Start Adapter, is it suitable for all NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine models?

The NEO Start Adapter is compatible with the following NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machines: INFINISSIMA®, INFINISSIMA® Touch, GENIO® S, GENIO® S Plus, GENIO® S Touch, PICCOLO®, PICCOLO® XS, MINIME®. Other NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® models are not compatible with the NEO Start Adapter. Do not attempt to forcefully insert your NEO Start Adapter into your machine. Make sure that your NEO Start Adapter is compatible with the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine you own.

I can't close the lid of the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee machine after putting on the NEO Start Adapter, what should I do?

The NEO Start Adapter is magnetically attracted to the end position; if you have difficulties closing the machine cover, please check that:

1. Your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine is compatible with the NEO Start Adapter.
2. The NEO Start Adapter is properly closed (the lid of the NEO Start Adapter is pressed firmly and the latch is closed).
3. The NEO Start Adapter is well inserted in machine head and pushed to the end position.

Usually there are no frictions and the NEO Start Adapter is magnetically attracted to the end position.
Assist in the closure by applying palm pressure.
